@antonellocaroli Allora, GmediaRender viene visto in BubbleUPnPServer e posso quindi creare una "Room" che poi controllo con Linn Kazoo.

Per contro, in BubbleUPnPServer non vedo più il "vecchio" UPNP renderer che riproduceva tramite upmpdcli+mpd.

E' così?

Provato il "Utility/PlayDir" e mi piace molto. 😀

Il motivo principale per cui tendo a non usare mconnect è che se chiudi l'applicazione si blocca anche la riproduzione....però effettivamente, così non si passa più da BubbleUPnPServer.... devo fare un po' di prove!!!

Secondo te come posso fare per "sbloccarlo" senza fare un reboot di tutto GP?

ma non mi risulta questo comportamento...
a limite é piú qualcosa che ha a che fare con bubble....che tenrta sempre di rimandare la playlist in certe occasioni....

Alla fine dell'aggiornamento se controlli in /usr/lib dovresti avere una sola directory python3.9 e non ci dovrebbe essere piú 3.8

Chiaramente meno software hai installato meno ram é richiesta....quindi potresti eliminare tutti software che sei sicuro che non ti servono/serviranno....

@franz159 si, ti ha cancellato i quattro software che hai scelto, ma poi al momento della pulizia del sistema trova un conflitto con una dipendenza incrociata....
 

puoi risolvere da terminale

 

emerge -1 dev-python/m2crypto dev-util/meson dev-python/incremental app-misc/pax-utils

 

emerge --depclean

Per minimizzare l'uso di memoria ho rimosso anche Squeezelite "normale" (io uso Squeezelite-R2) e mympd.

Per cui mi rimangono installati "solo"  i seguenti:

 

 

....quindi adesso forse riesco a usare il "Mode 9" per caricare tutto nel RamSystem anche con 2Gb di RAM?

Ho un qualche modo per verificarlo preventivamente? (

anche da terminale).

quando scegli un mode e clicchi excute, alla fine quella é una anteprima....se non lo abiliti al riavvio torni al sistema normale...
se ci sono problemi di ram ti inizia a dare errori di spazio

appena entri nel terminale vedi quanta memoria libera hai o in system info....
