Non sono d'accordo, devo ancora postare la mia lista ma un album di Ry Cooder ci potrebbe pure stare.

E comunque penso che John Barleycorne sia il migliore dei Traffic, io sceglierei il primo ancora speziato di psichedelia

Per me i Beatles più belli iniziano da Revolver, non potevo incominciare se non da loro, scelta difficilissima ma come per tutti gli altri album che menzionerò, indeciso tra questo e Revolver, bellissimi anche quelli dopo ci mancherebbe.

Beh Mule Variations dello zio Tom è un anni ‘90 (anzi, sta pure in fondo alla decade!) ma ci sta da dio!

Bisognerebbe fare un’altra classifica per i capolavori più misconosciuti e/o poco noti, verrebbero fuori un sacco di perle rare da scoprire o riscoprire…

… e senza polemica, per due motivi: il primo perché non è possibile dare una definizione oggettiva di “capolavoro” e dunque la scelta si formalizza in una pura indicazione soggettiva che -per definizione- non è “criticabile”, il secondo perché di storia il nostro Ry ne ha fatta, e parecchia, senza doversi vergognare a paragonarlo ai Traffic…. oltre che per essere un sopraffino chitarrista e un musicologo di grande cultura multietnica (responsabile di aver fatto riscoprire la musica tradizionale messicana, il blues africano così come il son cubano…..) ha piazzato almeno due/tre capolavori assoluti e “pietre miliari” (sempre a mio avviso), tanto per citarne uno che nessuno ha ancora elencato, la soundtrack di Paris, Texas…. Ciao!
