Non ci metterei la mano sul fuoco,  proprio per niente.

Alta efficienza impone altissima attenzione e cura nella scelta della amplificazione,  spesso con conseguenze  rimarchevoli sui relativi costi

@eduardo Non penso ci voglia un amplificatore da 35000 euro per fale funzionare a dovere, poi uno può anche mettergli una centrale elettrica ma non sono certo delle JBL o delle B&W , comunque il primo che se le accatta dovrà obbligatoriamente aprire un thread corredato di video foto ecc...

@Kouros un ampli con molti watt non è necessariamente costoso mentre può esserlo un valvolare da pochi watt, basta curare kondo

@cactus_atomo Per carità certo...intendevo che se qualcuno facesse la pazzia di comprare le Jubilee  e poi gli rimangono pochi soldi in tasca potrebbe cavarsela anche con relativamente poco.

Ma questo crossover esterno con processore digitale di segnale ed equalizzatore non è che , per certi versi, si prefigge di modificare il segnale come faceva l'equalizzatore delle Bose 901?

Specifiche sul driver Celestion :

Well I found the Specs on the Celestion driver Klipsch is using for the new Jubilee. Its rated at 108 db for 1 watt, but that depends on the horn loading and they are using their own horn for this test. I imagine with Klipsch's horn and with the phase plug and the DSP processor the curve will be be more in keeping with typically high Klipsch standard. The driver is rather robust designed to take 100 watts rms and 200 watts peak over an extended period. Even though the response drops off radically just before 20,000 Hz I doubt if anyone will hear a difference in the top octave at normal levels when compared to the Klipschorn. Cranked up the Jubilee will easily out perform. Having a horn that will reach down to 300 HZ along with a driver makes for a big improvement over the Khorns. Having 4 db more sensitivity and higher out put with less or no compression in the horn will make a big added difference, too. So far I can't find anything really definitive on the woofer, but if they are using the more advanced Woofers that compare with the HF driver its no wonder the Jubilee is quite an advancement. +5/-5 db raw frequency response for the driver is amazing. Bi-amp crossover DSP will easily handle this curve and bring it up to Klipsch +3/-3 db standards. maybe even +/- 2 db.

Beh, no. Puoi mettere qualunque sorgente con uscite analogiche, anche un CD x esempio…

Poi lo scatoletto fa conversione A/D , xover, ecc… e conversione D/A.
