EVAExpo Milano
STRESS-FREE ARRIVAL To ensure that you feel safe at our events right from the start, we are reorganising our entrance areas to speed up the admission process. A specific route through the entrance area with corresponding floor markings will guarantee safe distancing. Your online ticket can either be printed out or displayed on your smartphone to provide rapid access to the exhibition grounds. MORE ROOM = MORE SPACE We are expanding our exhibition areas and aisles and adding markings to encourage safe distancing. We are adapting the design of typically crowded locations in the exhibition grounds, for example entrances to food and event areas, to ensure that the minimum distancing rule can be observed and to avoid crowding. Our exhibitors will receive information and advice on how to draw up, organise and communicate the rules of conduct for the exhibition area. All exhibitors are required to comply with the maximum number of people permitted at their stands and to observe the minimum distancing rule and face mask requirements. CLEANLINESS GUARANTEED To maintain hygiene, disinfectant stations will be available to use in several central locations and hand washing facilities will be provided throughout the exhibition area. All contact areas and surfaces will be cleaned regularly. FRESH AIR The continuous circulation of fresh air will be ensured in all areas of the trade show. The regularly serviced and maintained ventilation systems at the event venue guarantee that the filtered air in the exhibition halls and rooms is of a consistent high quality. Hotel rooms used as demonstration rooms will be aired several times a day. CONTACTLESS TICKET PURCHASING Visitors to all of our trade shows and exhibitions can buy tickets online via our ticket shop. By offering e-tickets, we avoid contact with cash and queues at the ticket desks. Given the official requirements, we are only allowed to offer a limited number of day tickets. Tickets purchased online guarantee trade visitors and consumers access to the exhibition grounds. Each ticket must be personalised and is non-transferable. Tickets will be scanned in the entrance area. The registration of participants will provide us with the details required for any tracing measures that may be necessary. CONTEMPORARY MEDIA Printed information material passes through many hands. We have therefore decided to significantly reduce the amount of print media at our events and offer all important and useful information in digital form. Visitors can use our free trade show app or visit our website: www.highendsociety.de YOUR CONTRIBUTION TO A SAFE GATHERING We have all familiarised ourselves with the “hands, face, space” slogan for day-to-day life in times of the coronavirus: observing hygiene rules such as washing hands, wearing face masks and keeping a safe distance. Consideration and responsible behaviour are particularly essential at larger gatherings. STRONG CONTACT AT A SAFE DISTANCE To ensure that everybody involved feels both safe and comfortable at our trade shows, we ask all participants to constantly observe the minimum distancing rule of 1.5 meters. When greeting or saying goodbye to visitors and exhibitors, please refrain from gestures such as shaking hands or hugging and avoid direct physical contact. MASKS ON AND KEEP YOUR EYES AND EARS OPEN To ensure their own protection and that of other participants in the trade show, we kindly ask all visitors to our shows to comply with the obligation to wear a face covering in the entire exhibition area. We will carry out continuous checks to ensure that face masks are being worn. When using dining facilities, visitors are not required to wear face masks as per the usual rules for such areas. In such cases, the officially stipulated minimum distancing rule must be observed. PROPER COUGHING & SNEEZING ETIQUETTE If you need to cough or sneeze, please do so into the crook of your arm, preferably turning away from other people and keeping plenty of distance. IMPORTANT INFORMATION Trade show visitors, exhibitors, participants and people involved who have come into contact with positively tested COVID-19 patients 14 days or less before the start of the event, who have been diagnosed with COVID-19 themselves or who display the known COVID-19 symptoms are not permitted to attend our events. In such cases, please refrain from attending the trade show both on your own responsibility and in the interest of the general public. This also applies to people required to quarantine. Individuals with symptoms of illness will not be allowed to enter the trade show. cactus_atomo
il cosiddetto certificato vaccinale sarà riconosciuto solo dalla ue, non vale per chi viene da fuori ue, e questo è importante per il MOC.
