@JureAR nono ho gia visto che ci sono diversi chiodini a spillo lungo il perimetro della griglia, il rischio di fare danni è troppo considerando che sono come nuove

@ilbetti ne ho viste molte da 8 ohm, di solito sono due coni da 16 in parallelo.

in questo caso il cono inferiore è normale e quello superiore è bicono.

e il bicono sembra un ciare m320.38fx-hf o un equivalente IREL realizzato con lo stesso cono, visto che marrè e la IREL erano in collaborazione

Se il pannello posteriore non è amovibile direi anch'io di non tentare di aprirle e provarle.

mine sound a bit muffled, could it be due to that transformer?

@Jimmyhaflinger @Jimmyhaflinger it is indeed not difficult little pry do not lift too far everything is fixed with a nail. find the nails and start there after that you can remove nails and place new ones. That this muffled sound could well be that there is still a transformer in it. See picture for transformer

@Jimmyhaflinger I have no idea what the purpose was, I bought them like that and found the sound strange after removing them, a new world opened up and I know they had to sound different because I have another set of 2 of those long towers. but maybe yours is different? I am very curious what you will come across. These speakers are very rare
